Walmsley Financial Planning was created by Peter Walmsley back in 2015. He has built the business around his ethos on life. When it comes to planning for the future, Pete’s moto is “It’s important to plan for the future, but you’ve got to enjoy the journey”. 

Friends are clients and clients are friends. When not advising clients, Pete is often found socialising with them, either playing golf, dog walking, or out on the fells. Our business attitude is very much motivated by family life. Family comes first and although getting the job done is important, we do this flexibly around our families.  

Financial planning is a tool that can be used to improve the lives of us all. The outdoors plays an important part of the happy healthy ethos and therefore client meetings outdoors and on dog walks have become a regular feature! 

We not only recognise the need for personal and business financial planning but also the evolving social and environmental responsibility we all have. Here at the Practice, we are all passionate about this, encouraging our clients to go paperless, reducing our carbon footprint, off-setting our energy.
